If you’ve been around the HoC for any amount of time, you know we have ministries of Mercy, Spiritual Formation, and Transformation. Providing free group exercise opportunities (for your body and mind!) is at the core of Transformation. Exercise helps us increase our confidence, improve our relationships, and grow in love!
So, which one of these upcoming programs will YOU join?
Madison Basketball Camp

Use Free Exercise Equipment
Many of us aren’t ready or able to go to the gym to get our bodies moving. At the same time, many of us don’t own the tools that make it easier to exercise.
Never fear! The House of the Carpenter is here to support you! We are getting exercise equipment for our community to use:
- Exercise balls
- Resistance bands
- Yoga mats
And don’t forget to join our Senior Walking Group for low-impact movement! We meet [DAYS] from [TIME]-[TIME].
After School Productions
This is another great program for our middle school students. Each afternoon from 4:00-5:30 we focus on a different skill (get all the details here>>). And on Wednesdays we focus on physical activity!
Afternoons when school is in session
From 4:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m.
Snack is provided
Middle Schoolers can get free transportation from school
