Born and raised in Martins Ferry, Ohio, Rick has devoted ten years of energy and care to the HOC beginning as a volunteer, then transitioning into a management position and valued member of our staff. Rick’s passion for helping people is supported by an Associate’s degree in Applied Science focusing on Mental Health. His past jobs include administrative positions at Valley Hospice, Northwood, and Neurobehavioral Health. Rick wholeheartedly loves being a frontline advocate for the community we serve here at the HOC.
