DaySpring was the greatest thing in my life!
Bradley, a former camper
What will your child experience?
Camp is about having fun and growing. Kids stretch their faith and stretch their bodies. They will meet new friends and try new things.
Camp helps foster independence, builds self-esteem, strengthens faith, creates meaningful friendships, and builds valuable life skills. We focus on faith, friendship, and fun!
What do campers do at DaySpring Camp?
Each day is filled with faith formation and a lot of fun! Potential activities include:
- archery
- gaga ball
- nine square in the air
- Bible study
- crafts
- water activities
- games
Counselors, staff, and volunteers are incredibly creative, and each day will contain something new and exciting. DaySpring campers build lasting friendships, grow in self-confidence, and deepen their faith.
Who are the Spring Heights team?
Spring Heights is the camping and outdoor facility of West Virginia Conference of the United Methodist Church. Their home base is located just north of Spencer, in Roane County. DaySpring Camp is their mobile retreat ministry. We’re grateful to have Camp counselors come to us!
