We welcome all God’s children into a safe community filled with grace where we strive to meet the needs of today and build hope for tomorrow.
Our neighbors have faced an uphill battle to survive and thrive for decades. The Wheeling economy has struggled since the coal and steel industries began to decline in the 1970s. In response, we have developed various ministries that support and empower our community.
