We serve people in Wheeling and throughout the Upper Ohio Valley – helping families, friends, and neighbors. Our goal is to serve all of God’s children and ensure that all are welcomed into a community that is safe and filled with grace.
As a non-profit organization affiliated with the West Virginia Conference of the United Methodist Church, we serve all people regardless of race, gender, orientation, religious affiliation, or nationality.
